I’m not a Hasid or even Jewish, but I’m inspired by the Baal Shem Tov. Like Meister Eckhart, Rumi, Issa and Spinoza, he managed to communicate an infectious, joyous love of God. Among these heroes of mine, only Spinoza spent much time defining his terms.
